On June 19th, Beijing Brilliant  Technology Co., Ltd. announced the completion of a new round of equity financing worth 20 million yuan.

Brilliant  Technology has previously participated in the construction of digital twin airport projects for Beijing Daxing International Airport, Beijing Capital International Airport, Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, and more, making it a leading enterprise in the field of airport digital twins. The company also revealed that it is expanding the application of digital twin technology to ports, warehousing logistics, and the power sector.

Zhou Yuanjin, Deputy General Manager of BON Engineering, has publicly stated that Geographic Information Systems (GIS) play a significant role in the construction of digital twin airports.

The main content of digital twin airport construction includes three parts: First, through various technologies such as GIS, BIM, and 3D simulation, to achieve comprehensive modeling of airports both indoors and outdoors, above and below ground, and diverse spatial expressions of facilities and equipment, thereby completing the physical simulation of airports. Second, through the means of the Internet of Things, to collect the operational status of key facilities and equipment at airports, achieving intelligent perception of airports. Third, by expressing and optimizing business processes to promote smart decision-making.

Taking the digital twin system of Beijing Daxing International Airport as an example, its construction mainly includes the airport's Geographic Information System, high-precision integrated positioning system, airside operation management system, apron vehicle management system, facility equipment maintenance and repair management system, and construction and operation preparation system.

In the digital twin airport architecture, the digital twin airport service platform, which includes high-precision map services, unified location services, 3D simulation services, video GIS integrated services, and visual mini-application services, plays a bridging role in the middle layer.

Brilliant  Technology  2019 report indicates that as of December 31, 2019, the company's operating income for 2019 was 88,862,179.27 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 88.68%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 18,543,357.97 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 159.14%; and the basic earnings per share were 0.6 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 152.38%. The company expects to achieve a growth of over 50% in both revenue and profit for the year 2020.
