Recently, Beijing Brilliant Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Brilliant Co., Ltd.") has passed the stringent review by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (hereinafter referred to as "CAICT") and has obtained the TSM (Trusted Software Measurement) basic-level certification for credible R&D operation security capability maturity.

The TSM (Trusted Software Measurement) credible R&D operation security capability maturity assessment is guided by the industry standard "Trusted R&D Operation Security Capability Maturity Model" formulated by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT). It aims to evaluate the R&D operation security capabilities of enterprises from a full lifecycle perspective. The assessment is divided into nine sub-domains: management system and requirements phase, security requirements analysis phase, design phase, development phase, verification phase, release phase, operation phase, and decommissioning phase. The specific indicators include 38 items such as organizational structure, process procedures, security training, and third-party management.

The passing of this certification indicates that Boneng Co., Ltd. has established a comprehensive R&D operation security system within the company, achieving full-process coverage of security. It also signifies that the company's R&D operation security capabilities have reached a leading level in China.

In future work, Brilliant Co., Ltd. will continue to implement "safety" thoroughly, establish a full lifecycle software security system, and firmly establish a credible security perspective. The company will work together with industry ecosystem partners to actively promote the development of China's software R&D security industry.
