Preface

By the end of 2022, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Overall Plan for the Construction of Digital China," proposing the overall strategy for the construction of Digital China in the new era, and clarifying the guiding ideology, main objectives, key tasks, and safeguard measures for the construction of Digital China. The "Plan" points out that building Digital China is an important engine for promoting Chinese-style modernization in the digital age and a strong support for building a new competitive advantage for the nation. Accelerating the construction of Digital China is of great significance and profound impact on comprehensively building a modern socialist country and comprehensively advancing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

From April 26-30, 2023, the "6th Digital China Construction Summit," hosted by the Cyberspace Administration of China, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the People's Government of Fujian Province, was held in Fuzhou.

This summit, themed "Accelerating the Construction of Digital China and Promoting Chinese-style Modernization," included a series of activities such as the opening ceremony, main forum, sub-forums, Digital China Construction Achievements Exhibition, Digital Product Expo, Digital China Innovation Competition, as well as featured events like the Cloud Ecology Conference, Industrial Internet Ecology Conference, Artificial Intelligence Ecology Conference, "Minjiang Night Talk," "Fortunate City·Dialogue with the Future," and the signing of major digital economy projects. Digital Twin Operating System BLinkOS 2023.1 Launched with Great Fanfare

On the morning of April 29th, Qi Huanran, Vice President of Beijing Brilliant Technology Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Chengdu Brilliant Digital Technology Co., Ltd., announced the launch of the Digital Twin Operating System BLinkOS 2023.1 version at the China Digitalization Product Innovation Technology Conference.

This release of Brilliant's Digital Twin Operating System BLinkOS 2023.1 has achieved the "1+1+3" milestone, which includes the addition of one tool: the Intelligent Parametric Modeling Tool; the upgrade of one tool: the Twin Scenario Construction Tool; and the enhancement of three platforms: the Data Integration and Fusion Platform, the Digital Twin Service Platform, and the Digital Twin Visualization Development Platform.
