Brilliant Attends the "2023 Digital Twin Cities Summit Forum"

Publish Time:2024-12-27

The 2023 Digital Twin Cities Forum was held on February 24th in Suzhou City. The forum was guided by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology and the Suzhou Industrial Park Management Committee, and co-hosted by the Industry and Planning Research Institute of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology and the Digital Twin Technology Application Working Committee of the China Internet Association. With the theme "Coexistence of the Virtual and the Real, Pursuit of the Ultimate Good," the forum discussed key and challenging issues in digital twin cities, assessed development trends, shared practical achievements, gathered industry consensus, created opportunities for industrial cooperation, and promoted the high-quality development of digital twin cities.

Brilliant has passed the first batch of "Digital Twin Low-Code Platform" evaluations organized by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology. At the same time, the "Digital Twin Cities Innovative Application Scenario Research Report," co-compiled by Boneng Shares, was released at the conference with significant impact.

BrilliantPasses the First Batch of "Digital Twin Low-Code Platform" Evaluations

At the conference, the results of the first batch of "Digital Twin Low-Code Platform" evaluations organized by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (hereinafter referred to as "China ICT Academy") were announced. The evaluation included product documentation review, product functionality and performance testing, and expert review. A total of 7 companies participated in the evaluation, and Boneng Shares' "Twin Visualization Development Platform V1.0" was among the first batch to pass the evaluation.

At the conference, Gao Yanli, the Chief Engineer of the Industry and Planning Research Institute at the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, presented Boneng Shares with the Digital Twin Low-Code Evaluation Certificate.

A digital twin low-code platform is a digital technology tool platform that uses graphical and drag-and-drop methods to support the construction and visualization application development of digital twin scenarios with minimal coding.

The digital twin low-code platform has the capability for visual configuration of digital twin scenarios. It enables the construction of various personalized twin scenarios through low-cost and low-technical-barrier secondary development, making up for the deficiencies of traditional low-code platforms in three-dimensional data visualization application scenarios. It has good openness and extensibility and is an important trend in the development of digital twin technology tools.

Brilliant "Twin Visualization Development Platform V1.0"

Brilliant, based on a deep understanding of various industries, has built-in a variety of industry components, basic components, scene interaction components, and other commonly used visual components in the Twin Visualization Development Platform. It supports users in importing various 2D and 3D scenes, and then building pages, binding data, and configuring interactions through mouse dragging to complete the design of visual pages. It also allows the use of built-in templates to quickly build pages, helping users quickly achieve visual modeling of their own business scenario data. It is a low-code development platform for twin visualization that does not require programming configuration.

The Twin Visualization Development Platform is one of the main sources for the three-dimensional scenes of visual business platforms or visual projects. It supports the import, parsing, and restoration of 3D scenes based on twin scene construction tools. It provides standardized functions for 3D scenes and models, including: scene rotation, scene layers, measurement tools, weather control, time control, model highlighting, view switching, scene roaming, etc. It achieves data and action interaction for 3D scenes and models through parameterized configuration.

Through this platform, users can import 3D scenes from twin scene construction tools, add models, and bind model data in the scene by dragging and dropping. They can also drag and drop various interaction components such as industry components and interaction components built into the visual platform, set the properties, data, and interaction methods of components as needed, and build personalized visual platform applications. It has the advantages of low learning difficulty, simple operation, and flexible component combination. The Twin Visualization Development Platform also comes with several classic case templates built-in for users, covering different application scenarios in various industries. Using classic case templates saves users' application design time and improves application quality, helping customers quickly gain insights into the value behind their business data.

Brilliant Participates in the Compilation of the "Digital Twin Cities Innovative Application Scenario Research Report (2023)"

The "Digital Twin Cities Innovative Application Scenario Research Report (2023)", compiled by more than 20 companies including Boneng Shares, under the leadership of China Unicom's Smart City Research Institute and guided by the Digital Twin Technology Application Working Committee of the China Internet Association, was released at the conference, with the Chief Information Officer of the Smart City Research Institute, Guo Zhongmei, providing the first interpretation at the conference. The report analyzes the main manifestations of application scenario innovation, extracts five characteristics of application scenarios, constructs a five-stage model of application development, and proposes an innovative application landscape in eight major fields of digital twin cities. By investigating and analyzing hundreds of scenarios, 53 typical scenarios were selected for study and analysis and design, aiming to provide reference and promotion for scenario application and industry development.

Brilliant has built a digital twin platform that provides an efficient and easy-to-use digital twin visualization development engine for the entire industry, including a range of supporting tool components and model resources. This platform offers an end-to-end technical solution for companies without a dedicated digital twin visualization team, significantly reducing the development barriers to digital twin applications. It eliminates a large amount of repetitive foundational work in modeling, development, and implementation, saving on cost investment. This allows partners to develop their own digital twin applications and scenarios with low barriers and high efficiency.
