Executive Speeches

The annual meeting began with a speech from Wang Jue, Chairman and President of Brilliant. Wang stated that in the past year, Brilliant. has achieved gains while facing significant challenges. In 2022, Brilliant  established the Metaverse and Geospatial Information Working Committee, a subsidiary in Chengdu, and released the digital twin operating system BLinkOS2022.1. The company was approved as a national-level specialized and innovative small giant enterprise and has developed new projects in the fields of smart water conservancy, smart cities, smart transportation, and smart energy. With rich experience, professional capabilities, and sincere service, the company has received letters of praise from multiple clients. Facing the intensified market competition in 2023, Brilliant. will continue to promote organizational innovation, improve efficiency, focus on product development, provide one-stop services for the rapid construction of digital twin applications, create digital infrastructure for new infrastructure, and empower the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of the entire industry.

Zhou Yuanjin, Vice President and General Manager of the Marketing Center of Brilliant., delivered his speech online. Zhou stated that the past year was particularly memorable. Facing the complex domestic and international situation, under difficult circumstances, we achieved new breakthroughs with key airport customers and made new progress in key projects. The sales management system has been further improved, laying the foundation for the expansion of the team and accumulating a lot for the new year. Looking forward to 2023, the Marketing Center will continue to improve in sales management, pre-sales enhancement, and innovative solutions, providing momentum for the achievement of the goals for the new year.

Qi Huanran, Vice President and General Manager of the Technical Center of Brilliant., made a speech. Qi summarized the projects implemented in 2022, stating that the company completed the deployment and implementation of several large and medium-sized projects in both the smart civil aviation and non-civil aviation sectors. In terms of product development, Brilliant digital twin operating system BLinkOS went through three iterations and introduced the BLinkOS Community Edition to facilitate customer product experience. In hardware product development, the company's positioning-related equipment passed international-level evaluations, achieving breakthrough innovations. In 2023, the Technical Center will accelerate the updates and iterations of BLinkOS, providing an efficient and easy-to-use digital twin visualization development engine for the entire industry. This will allow customers and partners to save on the extensive repetitive foundational work involved in modeling, development, and implementation, reducing cost investments and enabling them to develop their own digital twin applications and scenarios with low barriers and high efficiency.

Han Jingting, Vice President and General Manager of the Operations Center of Brilliant., made a speech. Han first provided an overall summary of the work of the Operations Center in 2022. The New Business Center has achieved breakthrough projects in the fields of smart cities, smart highways, and smart ports, laying the foundation for further expanding the application of Brilliant digital twin products; the Brand Center has made significant progress in brand building, brand activities, development of business partners, and brand promotion, which will further promote the company to explore new markets; the Human Resources and Administration Department has achieved considerable results in talent stability, talent structure, talent supply, and employee care; the Secretary's Office has done an excellent job in expanding financing channels, completing company financing, and promoting the company's listing, contributing to the stable operation of the company.
