Recently, the Safety Monitoring and Operation Scheduling Management System for the Lock of the Minjiang Qianwei Hydropower Hub Project, undertaken by Beijing Brilliant Technology Co., Ltd., has completed the project acceptance. The acceptance team inspected the system and checked each functional point against the tender scope standards and business usage requirements, confirming that the system's functions meet the standards and needs. Brilliant Technology provided a completion acceptance report for the project, answered questions of concern from the acceptance team, and also outlined plans for subsequent project support. The project received high praise from the acceptance team, which indirectly indicates Brillian Technology's excellent technical development capabilities, professional project implementation experience, and rich experience in project execution.
The Safety Monitoring and Operation Scheduling Management System for the Lock of the Minjiang Qianwei Hydropower Hub Project, constructed by Beijing Bona Technology Co., Ltd., integrates the operation scheduling of the lock with visualization. It communicates with the port and navigation center information system and vessels to obtain declaration information and vessel location data. By integrating BIM (Building Information Modeling) and GIS (Geographic Information System), a three-dimensional visual model is constructed to achieve real-time monitoring and visual presentation of lock operation scheduling, allowing for a more intuitive view of alarms and issues that occur during vessel scheduling. Safety monitoring and image analysis automatically check for violations during the vessel's transit through the lock. Based on the characteristics of passing vessels, lock operation, and navigation scheduling, the system optimizes vessel scheduling Sorting under the premise of ensuring navigation safety, achieving system security and flexibility. Currently, digital twin technology has been widely applied in the field of new infrastructure, and this system, as a benchmark project in the field of digital twin water conservancy, is highly representative and can be widely applied to other areas such as smart transportation, smart ports, and smart parks.
Digital twin technology can realize many values in the application of new infrastructure. For example, in scene construction, it uses three-dimensional simulation and other technologies to model the indoor and outdoor, surface and underground of the physical world comprehensively, as well as various spatial expressions of equipment and facilities, completing the simulation of the physical world. Through the Internet of Things, it collects the operational status of current facilities and equipment, achieving intelligent perception of the physical world. Combined with artificial intelligence, big data, and other technologies, it promotes smart decision-making through simulation, situation analysis, and other functions, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing operational risks.
The development of the Safety Monitoring and Operation Scheduling Management System for the Lock of the Minjiang Qianwei Hydropower Hub Project is based on Bona's independently developed Digital Twin Operating System, BLinkOS. This platform supports the import of various data models, which can help users quickly build digital twin scenarios and achieve smooth display on the Web end. It provides a digital twin spatial base and a twin body service platform, offering partners easy-to-use digital twin visualization application development tools. With inclusive technology and low cost, low threshold for rapid construction of digital twin interactive application systems, the digital twin scenarios built with "large platform, microservices, multiple applications" can be developed offline into an intuitive spatial information product that is interactive, easy to design, and easy to integrate. These can be applied to digital twin platforms and application development in smart city, smart transportation, smart park, smart energy, and other industry fields, empowering partners to quickly build digital twin platforms for their enterprise customers, and helping enterprises with digital transformation and intelligent upgrading.
