On November 19-20, 2022, the "6th Transportation Informatisation Forum and Smart Transportation Product Technology Expo" was successfully held in Xuzhou. The event was guided by the Department of Transportation of Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Association for Science and Technology, Department of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Communications Administration, and People's Government of Xuzhou City. It was hosted by the Comprehensive Transportation Society of Jiangsu Province and Comprehensive Transportation Society of Xuzhou City, and organized by the Highway Branch of the Comprehensive Transportation Society of Jiangsu Province and the Informationization Working Committee of the Comprehensive Transportation Society of Jiangsu Province. Beijing Brilliant Technology Co., Ltd. attended the conference, and Mr. Zhou Yuanjin, Vice President of Beijing Brilliant Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to the "Smart Airport Exploration and Practice Sub-forum" and delivered a keynote speech titled "Construction of Digital Twin Airports".
Mr. Zhou Yuanjin stated that in the construction of digital twin airports, Brilliant Co., Ltd. integrates various technologies such as airport BIM models, GIS, oblique photography, remote sensing imagery, and panoramic videos to transform two-dimensional data into three-dimensional data. This enables comprehensive modeling of the airport's entire area, both above and below ground, as well as diverse spatial expressions of equipment and facilities in the flight zone. By combining data from various points and analysis data, the airport's entire domain is mapped between the physical and digital worlds. Additionally, 3D rendering technology is used to dynamically display airport information, presenting key information from multiple levels such as operational indicators, operational support processes, and overall operational trends in the form of graphics and images. This achieves situational awareness and panoramic visualization of airport operations, effectively empowering applications at various levels including decision-making, management, operation, and work layers. It continuously guides the continuous improvement of airport safety assurance, operational efficiency, and service experience, thereby enhancing the level of airport management and services.

Based on Brilliant's Digital Twin Operating System, BLinkOS, a Digital Twin Port Platform is created, which accurately digitizes the physical equipment, facilities, vehicles, and vessels in the port within the digital space. All aspects, including personnel trajectories, operational equipment dynamics, and vessel operation information, can be visualized in real-time on the platform. This significantly enhances the safety production control and emergency command capabilities of the dock, creating good safety and economic benefits. It forms an online three-dimensional display and operational visualization, establishing an efficient and safe digital dock and a transparent intelligent management system, thus creating an ecosystem for smart ports.
