The industrial internet is a key growth point for the digital economy during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, an important form of digital technology empowering the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, and a crucial component in Beijing's efforts to accelerate the construction of a global digital economy benchmark city. To implement the strategic deployment of the Party Central Committee and Beijing's digital economic development plan, the Beijing Software and Information Service Industry Association, based on the work of "2021 Industrial Internet Beijing Plan" and other initiatives, organized the compilation of the "2022 Beijing Industrial Internet Innovation Application Scenario Case" research report.
In March 2022, the Beijing Software and Information Service Association issued a notice to solicit cases and received over 120 cases by the end of June. After expert review, 89 cases were shortlisted, involving internet, software and information services, and "specialized, refined, and innovative" enterprises. The association commissioned the Sai Zhi Industry Research Institute to study the shortlisted cases, evaluating and analyzing the overall situation of industrial internet innovation application scenarios, as well as the scenario objectives, features, and values of each case, completing the "2022 Beijing Industrial Internet Innovation Application Scenario Case" research report.
With nearly two decades of deep technological accumulation and product innovation, the Capital Airport Digital Twin Visualization Platform developed by Beijing Brilliant Technology Co., Ltd. has been listed in the "2022 Beijing Industrial Internet Innovation Application Scenario Case - Transportation Internet Innovation Application Scenario."
The Capital Airport Digital Twin Visualization Platform integrates spatial data consolidation, processing, storage, analysis, and visualization, achieving situational awareness and panoramic visualization of airport operations. It effectively empowers applications at various levels, including decision-making, management, operations, and execution, aiding in the implementation of "Digital Twin" airports.
The platform achieves functions such as geographic information sharing, unified location services, vehicle tracking management, surface operation monitoring, airspace operation monitoring, and data visualization. Relying on technologies like GIS, IoT, big data, and 3D modeling and simulation, it integrates, fuses, models, and simulates airport geographic information data, spatiotemporal big data, and location big data. It realizes the display and application of the Capital Airport's "air, ground, surface, underground, indoor, outdoor" four vertical and two horizontal six-dimensional integrated, full lifecycle spatial entity information resources.
Provide unified map services
Enable map invocation, spatial query, spatial analysis, and business information overlay functions, supporting other airport business systems to quickly achieve multi-source data fusion visualization application needs.
Provide unified positioning services
Achieve real-time positioning and tracking of mobile equipment and personnel such as aircraft and vehicles, construct precise passenger heat distribution maps and aircraft trajectory heat maps, and support the implementation of airport operation monitoring, command and dispatch, and passenger service application scenarios.
Provide spatiotemporal big data analysis capabilities
Establish multidimensional business models to achieve high-order analysis and mining of massive spatiotemporal data, and complete multidimensional forward-looking predictions, providing data support for airport planning, operations, services, and decision-making. Solve the problem of non-uniform map data by reducing the difficulty of third-party system map calls through online API. Solve the storage and sharing of real-time location data by achieving unified management of location data through SDK.
The Capital Airport Digital Twin Visualization Platform, as a benchmark project for digital twin airport platforms, is highly replicable and can be copied to major airports nationwide as well as other fields such as smart transportation, smart ports, smart water conservancy, and smart parks.
The development of the Capital Airport Digital Twin Visualization Platform is based on Brilliant Technology's independently developed Digital Twin Operating System BLinkOS. This product supports the rapid construction of digital applications for different business needs, achieving monitoring cognition, simulation, evaluation and verification, prediction, and optimization of the physical world. It fully exerts its value as basic IT infrastructure and empowers users' digital and intelligent transformation in multiple ways as a digital foundation, service platform, IoT platform, and empowerment platform. Brilliant's Digital Twin Operating System BLinkOS, with its strong scalability and openness, supports the rapid development and construction of various third-party business applications, achieving the sharing and application of digital twin big data.
